Ideal for:
- Smaller trades business — one man operation or business owner with small team employing up to 2 staff
- Know their trade but struggle with the business side — usually have limited time, don’t know numbers well, under-charging but don’t realise it, frustrated, erratic cashflow, don’t know how to grow or find consistent work even when busy
- On the tools all day, hard to find time to work “on” the business
- No real business background or training (except chats with accountant)
Online business training in a group setting is called “Next Level Fast Track” and runs at regular start dates throughout the year
